About
Our passion is to offer a holistic approach to wellbeing and mindfulness for all ages, creating opportunities to reconnect with nature, yourself, and each other, whether through family experiences or personal discovery.
Through our sessions, we guide people of all ages—both adults and children—on a journey of growth, self-discovery, and connection with nature. We use our trained knowledge as Wild Wellbeing Practitioners and Adult Mental Health Outdoor Leaders to deliver wellbeing sessions for adults and new mums, while supporting children’s growth through the Forest School ethos in our Little Wilds sessions, encouraging independence and adventure from a young age.
What is a
forest school?
Trained practitioners nurture learner-led exploration and discovery. Throughout the sessions, your little ones experience deep and meaningful play using natural resources for inspiration, which fosters resilient, confident, independent and creative individuals over time.
What is
nature wellbeing?
Led by trained Wild Wellbeing Practitioners and Adult Mental Health Outdoor Leaders, each session provides a safe space for personal growth, stress relief, and self-awareness.
Whether you're seeking stillness or transformation, our nature-based approach supports your wellbeing journey in a meaningful way.
This important step shows our commitment to our ethos, allowing us to engage more deeply with our community and secure funding to keep our nature-based sessions accessible to all residents of the Isle of Wight.
Meet our Founder & Lead Practitioner
Lizzie
Lizzie is our Founder and Lead Practitioner and is educated in the forest school philosophy. She will lead you and your family on your holistic journey through play, exploration and discovery in the natural environment of secluded woodland.
Lizzie has a Master's Degree in Business Management and started her career working in Portsmouth for a large corporation. She soon realised that the corporate world was not for her and decided to follow her passions of creativity and being out in nature. Also a Wild Wellbeing Instructor and Adult Mental Health Outdoor Leader, Lizzie has been running forest sessions for the last seven years.
